At Jennings Center for Older Adults, we help individuals remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. Jennings offers catered independence in a continuum of care community. All residences are private, apartment style options that are welcoming for an individual or couple. Independent lifestyles are available in options that meet both supportive and financial needs.

In addition to the views and independent style living at Jennings, we offer the added comfort of living on a senior campus. The Jennings campus offers a full continuum of care, ensuring that services such as rehabilitation are very close to home. In addition, apartment tenants are welcome to join in campus activities throughout the year, such as holiday celebrations, picnics, Happy Hour, and group activities and trips.

The Jennings community offers Senior Apartments for active seniors Individuals often wish to downsize from a larger home or relocate to a senior community. The senior apartments offer some group activities and transportation, with added amenities of the campus. Senior apartments are fully furnished with a kitchen for cooking meals and coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor. Assistance with housekeeping and laundry is available for a nominal fee.

Premium service apartments provide a residential option for seniors who seek an independent lifestyle but would like some services to enhance daily living. These apartments offer the right combination of independence and luxury services to enhance one's personal time. Residents enjoy three home-cooked meals, served restaurant style. Life-enriching activities are scheduled for each day to offer social opportunities. With premium services, Jennings provides residents with an emergency call system to ensure that nursing service is available where it's needed, when it's needed. Full house cleaning is provided every other week for no extra charge, and free laundry facilities are available on each floor.
