Jennings Center for Older Adults offers independent senior apartments as part of its continuum of care campus. Jennings Manor is a beautiful 61-unit building with one-bedroom apartments for seniors who are 62 years of age or older.

Opened in 1998, Jennings Manor is a HUD 202 building. This building offers subsidies from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for seniors whose income qualifies within the low income guidelines as defined by HUD. Tenants pay a rent that is 30% of the adjusted gross income.
