Jennings Center for Older Adults offers senior apartments to support the individual needs and independence of older adults ages 62 and older. A supportive environment, socialization, and sense of community are the building blocks with which the apartment tenants have grown together. Everywhere you look there is evidence that our apartments are not just buildings, but a warm and welcoming community.
All residents of our community are welcome to participate in the amenities of the campus, such as on-site Catholic Mass and Rosary, life-enriching activities, volunteer opportunities, gift/snack shop, beauty/barber shop and more. In addition, Jennings Center for Older Adults offers campus in-home services to help residents throughout our campus maintain an independent lifestyle. Tenants can select services that best meet your needs. Home-delivered meals, housekeeping services, and laundry service are all available for a nominal fee.
In addition to the views and independent style living at Jennings, we offer the added comfort of living on a senior campus. The Jennings campus offers a full continuum of care, ensuring that services such as rehabilitation are very close to home. In addition, apartment tenants are welcome to join in campus activities throughout the year, such as holiday celebrations, picnics, Happy Hour, and group activities and trips. The Jennings campus is home to four types of independent living to accommodate the financial and support levels of each individual:
St. Agnes Terrace apartments opened in May 2003. The three-level building includes 42 units in two and three bedroom floor plans. Apartments are available at both market rates and for those with restricted incomes.
Jennings Manor opened its doors in August 1998. With an initial construction grant and ongoing rent subsidy from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Jennings Manor hosts 61 one-bedroom apartments in a four-floor complex.
Premium service apartments provide a residential option for seniors who seek an independent lifestyle but would like some services to enhance the quality of daily living. Residents enjoy three delicious three home-cooked meals each day, served restaurant style. Life-enriching activities are part of the Jennings daily community, and additional luxury services can be added to enhance each resident's personal comfort.
The Holy Spirit Villas, opened in 1998 are four cluster homes offering market-rate housing options for independent seniors on the Jennings campus.
