Jennings Center for Older Adults has proudly added a new senior apartment to its campus. St. Agnes Terrace is a beautiful 42-unit building with two- and three-bedroom apartments for seniors who are 62 years of age or older. St. Agnes Terrace was named in honor of the parish established by Monsignor Gilbert Jennings, the namesake and visionary for our campus.

Opened in May 2003, St. Agnes Terrace offers 13 market rate apartments as well as 29 rent-adjusted apartments for those who qualify. St. Agnes Terrace offers 39 units with 2 bedrooms/1bath and 3 units with 3 bedrooms/11/2 baths, and some of the apartments are specially designed to be mobility accessible. The apartments also include:
